The Adventure Hub – Cancellation Policy
Customers may request order cancellation before the order is dispatched.
Before Dispatch
If your order has not been packed or dispatched, we may cancel the order and process a refund where applicable.
After Dispatch
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. You may need to follow our return process after receiving the item.
Custom / Special Orders
Custom orders, pre-orders, special imports, bulk orders, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
Cash on Delivery Cancellation
For cash on delivery orders, please inform us as early as possible if you want to cancel.
Repeated cancellation or refusal of delivery may result in cash on delivery being disabled for future orders.
Refund After Cancellation
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing time may depend on the bank or payment provider.
