Refund & Return Policy

The Adventure Hub – Refund & Return Policy

At The Adventure Hub, we want our customers to be satisfied with their camping and outdoor products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective or damaged on arrival.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • The item includes all tags, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and original invoice/receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or wrongfully delivered:

  • Used camping equipment.
  • Opened or damaged packaging caused by the customer.
  • Hygiene-related products.
  • Clearance sale / final sale items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or incorrect handling.
  • Products with missing parts, accessories, tags, or original packaging.

Return Process

Please include:

  • Order number.
  • Customer name.
  • Reason for return.
  • Photos/videos showing the issue, if applicable.

Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to our mistake, such as wrong item, damaged item, or defective item, we will arrange the return or reimburse reasonable return delivery charges.

If the customer returns an item due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return delivery charges.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

Exchange Option

Where possible, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, especially for wrong-size, wrong-item, or defective product cases.
