The Adventure Hub – Shipping Policy

The Adventure Hub delivers camping and outdoor products within Sri Lanka.

Delivery Areas

We deliver island-wide in Sri Lanka, subject to courier service availability.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or outside business hours may be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

• Colombo and suburbs: 1–3 business days
• Main cities: 2–5 business days
• Remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed before order dispatch.

Free delivery may be available for selected products, promotions, or order values.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. The Adventure Hub is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect name, address, phone number, or unavailable recipient.

Failed Delivery

If the courier cannot deliver due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or no response, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
