Damaged | Missing Item Policy

The Adventure Hub – Damaged or Missing Item Policy

We carefully check and pack orders before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately.

Reporting Time

Customers must report damaged, missing, or wrong items within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Required Proof

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the outer package
  • Photos/videos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Unboxing video, if available
  • Description of the issue

Damaged Item

If the item is confirmed as damaged during delivery or defective on arrival, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Repair support, where applicable
  • Store credit
  • Refund

Missing Item

If an item is missing from your order, we will investigate packing records and courier details.

If confirmed, we will send the missing item or provide a suitable solution.

Important

Please do not throw away packaging until the issue is resolved. Courier companies may require packaging proof for investigation.

Not Covered

We may reject claims if:

  • The issue is reported too late.
  • The item was used or damaged after delivery.
  • Proof is insufficient.
  • Packaging and labels are discarded.
  • Damage occurred due to misuse or improper handling.
