The Adventure Hub sells camping, outdoor, and related accessories to customers in Sri Lanka.

However, product colors, sizes, and packaging may slightly vary due to photography, lighting, supplier changes, or screen settings.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and offer:

Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to:

Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate:

• Address
• Phone number
• Email
• Payment details
• Delivery instructions

The Adventure Hub is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect customer details.

Use of Products

Camping and outdoor products must be used responsibly and according to product instructions.

The Adventure Hub is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, or accidents caused by misuse, unsafe handling, improper installation, or ignoring safety instructions.

Warranty

Warranty coverage depends on the product, supplier, or manufacturer. Not all products include warranty.

Warranty does not cover:

• Misuse
• Accidental damage
• Water damage unless product is clearly waterproof
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized repairs
• Poor maintenance

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Adventure Hub is not liable for indirect, accidental, or consequential losses related to product use, delivery delay, or website use.
